Clinical Case Round Pilot passed successfully during the first day of 6th ELMO Congress and Practice lifestyle medicine event in Brussels. Among all submitted cases, 4 cases got into final 2h session. We have discussed Clinical Cases from different part of the world: Greece, Egypt, France and Hungary.
4 lifestyle experts additionally to me and my co-chair were specially invited correspondingly to the case topic and joined the discussion.
We discussed:
• physical activity,
• nutrition and different types of diets,
• motivation to behavior changes
• stress reduction,
• team work on complex situation additionally to different tips that could help us to incorporate new habits into patients’/clients’ lifestyle
